- January 1st, Jubilee year. Solemn celebration with midnight mass.
- March 31st, A new altar, made by brother Gauthier, is installed in the domestic chapel in the stone building.
- May 7th, Death of the excellent chief, Wm. Kinochameg, at the age of 60 years.
- May 21st, Building of a large vestibule in the kitchen
- June 4th, Painting of the inside of the boys' school.
- June 7th Grand meeting of Indians from various reserves with Mass and 3 concerts.
- July 1st, Blessing of the Church at Buswa.
- August 1st Mr. Cameron a new lay teacher.
- September 27th, Death of Miss Bridge of the Daughters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. She gave 30 years of service to the girls' school
- September - October, An epidemic of typhoid in the schools and the village. A new bell, weighing 1000 lbs. is installed in the church tower.
- October 19th, Father Paquin, S. J. at Bying Inlet
- December 14th, A recurrence of epidemic of influenza, fever and typhoid.
- Death of Father du Ranquet, S. J. age 87 years, 11 months.
- 1901
- 6 priests, 9 brothers and 2 scholastics stationed in Wikwemikong
- February 2nd Father Paquin comes from Bying Inlet on request to plan a system of baths and closets.
- March 1st, tinted photos of Father du Ranquet given to the people.
